Dear Customer. Our engagment is to enjoy your stay the more pleasant possible by the quality of our prestations and services. So for the interest of every body and to keep clear any kind of trouble, we invite you to discover our CHARTER OF RESERVATION :

1. For reservations, 10 days or more in advance of arrival, we require a written confirmation by post with a deposit*.We will acknowledge booking and deposit by post, fax or E mail as requested.
   
   
2. For any reservation, 72 hours before arrival, we will ask for your credit card number. You must arrive to the Hotel before 6 PM and to inform us in case of late arrival, or otherwise your reservation may be cancelled.
   
   
3. For each cancelation 7 days before arrival : the rate of 1 night will be deduct.
   
   
4. For each cancelation 48 hours before arrival : the entire deposit will be retain.
   
   
5. Any reservation applies the acceptance of our conditions.
   
   * For a stay : - more than 1 week, the deposit will be the rate of 2 nights.
   * For a stay : - less than 1 week, the deposit will be the rate of 1 night.
